The Accessible Education Center (AEC) proudly presents its vision of redefining ability at San Jose State University by providing comprehensive services in support of the educational development and success of students with disabilities.
The African-American/Black Student Success Center is the hub for Black student life at SJSU. We provide cultural programming, professional development, and academic initiatives that promote community building and overall student success.
Associated Students’ mission is to support and represent the students of San José State University by continuing the organization’s legacy of student advocacy and leadership; to enhance SJSU students’ education through high-quality programs and services, and to prepare students as they move towards a thoughtful and purposeful life after graduation. The Bursar's office provides an efficient, courteous, and exceptional customer service and financial counseling in the collection and disbursement of funds for our students, employees, and external agencies.

The Career Center leads campus efforts to prepare students for the transition to life after college and the path to lifelong career success.

The César E. Chávez Community Action Center (CCCAC) connects SJSU students with civic engagement opportunities that deepen educational experience while promoting a lifelong commitment to activism and social justice, which are at the heart of the César Chávez legacy.
The Chicanx/Latinx Student Success Center (“Centro”) provides a community gathering space as well as programs and services to support the success of all Chicanx and Latinx students at SJSU.
Whether you are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, or relationship problems, Counseling and Psychological Services is here to provide the support you need to succeed at SJSU.
The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is designed to improve student academic support of first-generation, low-income, and educationally disadvantaged students. The program provides admission, academic, and financial assistance to EOP-eligible undergraduate students considered California residents or AB540 students.
San José State University's Financial Aid and Scholarship Office provide assistance to students in securing federal, state, and university financial aid to achieve their educational pursuits.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for registration, grades, verification of enrollment and degree, official transcripts, residency determinations, reinstatement, undergraduate graduation (which includes diplomas), visitor/concurrent enrollment, Step-to-College, cross-enrollment, document imaging, and FERPA Compliance.
The GenEC provides dynamic programming and educational outreach opportunities through collaborative partnerships with other campus and community organizations.  The GenEC works to empower individuals with the tools and skills they need to successfully complete their educational goals and to become leaders in the community.
San José State University's Financial Aid and Scholarship Office provide assistance to students in securing federal, state, and university financial aid to achieve their educational pursuits.
San José State University’s Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library supports the University’s guiding principles of Spartan Pride, Unbounded Learning, Helping and Caring, Agility through Technology, and 21st Century Spaces by facilitating student learning and success, faculty teaching, research, and scholarship, community engagement and creative uses of technology.
MOSAIC collaborates with student organizations, academic departments, staff, residence halls, and members of the surrounding community whose purpose is concurrent with our mission, philosophies, and goals.
The San José State University Writing Center offers a variety of resources to help students become better writers, and all of our services are free for SJSU students. It's difficult enough to be a college student, so why let a writing assignment add to your stress? Welcome to the PRIDE Center website! We are excited about the upcoming year! We have many LGBTQ+ student organizations and meetups hosted through our center, you can check them out on our Student Organizations and Meetup pages.

SJSU Cares assists students who are facing an unforeseen economic crisis by providing direct support and referrals around basic needs including food, housing, emergency assistance, and more. 

To request assistance from us, fill out and submit a Request for Assistance Form. Once you submit a request for assistance, we will contact you within one business day.

SJSU Handshake is a password–protected online jobs database managed by the SJSU Career Center and is free for employers, current iSchool students, and Career Center Alumni members (recent alumni retain access for one year after graduation).
